What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to complete it: your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. Payment details are entered into our secure checkout and are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.

When you use our Contact or Track Order pages we receive the information you type in, such as your name, email address and order number.

Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud and improve the store.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the services that run the store: our checkout and payment provider, shipping and delivery partners, and analytics tools.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by using the Contact page. We will respond as required by the laws that apply to you.
