What comes in the box?
Your Mischief Elf, a remote controller, a USB charging cable and an instruction guide.
How does it work?
Charge your elf with the included USB cable, press the power button on the remote, and use the remote to control its movements and sounds.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free. Orders are delivered in 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you can follow it on the Track Order page.
Do you ship worldwide?
We offer free shipping to the countries listed on our Shipping Policy page. If your country is not listed, contact us before ordering.
How do the bundle offers work?
Each bundle is its own offer and offers are not combined. The total shown on the bundle card is the amount charged for all elves in that bundle, including any free elves.
What age is it for?
Please check the manufacturer's age guidance on the packaging and supervise younger children during use.
Can I track my order?
